Through an authentic and cultural lens, this program seeks to facilitate lifelong connections between executive leaders in financial services, go beyond narrow definitions of leadership, deliver innovative training for executive sponsors committed to advocating for diverse talent, and cultivate a pipeline that will prepare up-and-coming Black & under-represented professionals to move into senior roles.
