MSFP 501 Fundamentals of Organizational Leadership

This course is a focus on The Leader and provides an in-depth understanding of the multifaceted nature of leadership and its impact on the organization. Students will investigate the essential skills for effective leadership and dissect the traits, behaviors, relationships, and perspectives central to this role. The course explores the development of strategies to lead and manage change, thereby equipping students to act as Social Architects who can inspire, influence, and motivate within complex social dynamics.
