MSFP 502 Leadership Communication and Organizational Direction

This course is a focus on the Follower, emphasizing values-based decision-making, strategy, and leadership communication. It will focus on the tools and concepts which position the organization’s goals competitively, enables coaching, and invests in mentorship. Students will learn to create and execute strategic plans for their organization, communicate their goals, and empower themselves and others to follow through. Students will assess various ways to effectively communicate, coach, utilize feedback, delegate, and empower others for mission accomplishment.
